Launching Lean Part 2 @ Mesa ArtSpace Lofts
Jan 16 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Rather than focusing solely on a traditional business plan for your art business. We will focus on the new wave of doing a business plan, the “Lean start-up” plan.  The workshop will introduce how to apply an individual growth strategy that works for your business model. It favors experimentation over elaborate planning, customer feedback over intuition and hitting the drawing book with your business design.

This 2nd part will focus on the rest of the concepts of the Launching Lean Model. If this is your first time, no problem! We welcome everyone eager to learn.

If You Don’t Know your Numbers; You Don’t Know Your Business @ AWEEc

Jan 22 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

This course will equip you with an understanding of critical concepts often overlooked by budding entrepreneurs — the importance and benefits of designing processes for your business. Those benefits include greater consistency and measurability of results, less daily frustration, better efficiency, more easily trained employees, happier customers, and greater ROI from implementing time-saving technologies. The cumulative impact of these benefits on your bottom line cannot be overstated. In this class, you will discover why new entrepreneurs often find it difficult to establish processes and ways to overcome such difficulties. We will practice designing some key processes, and finally, explore how good processes are the key to choosing and saving money on the right technological tools to automate aspects of your business.
